Company
We build the physical data layer for hospitals.
Medsynia exists because the most valuable information in a hospital never reaches a system. It happens in a room, between people, and then it's gone. We build the instruments that capture it and we run them as a service.
What we believe
Four positions we've committed to.
Software alone won't go the distance
The analytics market for healthcare is crowded with tools that visualise data hospitals don't actually have. We think the durable position is owning the point where the data is created.
Adoption is a commercial problem
The best-performing pilot in the world dies in a budget committee. Designing the commercial model is as much product work as designing the software.
Operations, not clinical decisions
We deliberately stay out of diagnosis and treatment. Our products measure rooms, flows and objects. That keeps the regulatory path clear and the value obvious.
Privacy decides whether it ships
A camera project that clinical staff don't trust will be switched off, whatever the contract says. Edge processing and no identity data aren't marketing lines — they're what makes deployment possible.
Markets
Brazil, Portugal and Ireland.
Hardware-as-a-service means somebody has to drive to the site. We only sell where we can be there within the day.
Brazil
A large private hospital market with real pressure on operating margin and a strong appetite for operational technology. Deployments run under the LGPD with local installation teams.
Portugal
Public and private groups modernising theatre and logistics operations, with EU data residency and RGPD compliance built into every deployment.
Ireland
Private hospital groups and HSE-adjacent facilities, where capacity constraints make theatre utilisation and asset availability board-level questions.
